History
Emlac was founded by Clifford C. Obi in 1992 to provide integrated, customized telecom solutions to the business market. With  years of experience in the telecom industry and his resourceful management abilities, the company has continued to prosper against all odds. Today, Emlac transacts business with private firms, corporations, governments and inter-exchange carriers, offering  special telecommunication application solutions at affordable costs.

Our marketing focus is aimed at meeting the communication needs of small, midsize as well as large corporations at every stage of their business development. Our objective is to impact the global market with customized telecom business solutions.

Our present services include: Internet Service provisions {dedicated & dialup Internet access, Web hosting,  web designing, e-commerce, VOIP, etc}, Data warehousing, implementations of Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), International private networks for data and voice communications, , Video Conferencing, Pre-Paid phone cards, Cyber-cafes, Wireless rural telephony, and Tele-medicine.

In addition to being in operation in the United States for over five years, Emlac is presently licensed and operating in Nigeria, West Africa as an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Our market target  is  to be the premier total Internet-communication- solutions-provider in the United States and Sub-Sahara Africa.
